On-Site Chair Massage

What is On-Site Chair Massage

Chair Massage is an oil free treatment that focuses on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and head of the individual. Therapist performs a 15-20 min seated chair massage on an ergonomically designed portable massage chair. Chair massage integrates Swedish, deep tissue massage and pressure point techniques to relieve the most common areas of stress which many experience in a corporate environment. These massage techniques ease tension and encourage circulation in key muscle groups, while encouraging the entire body to be more alert and ensures employees can return to work after the treatment pain free and energised.

Is Chair Massage Cost Effective?

The cost of chair massage is not as expensive as you would think. On top, add the benefits your employees feel as a result of a 10 to 15 minutes massage that will also have a positive knock-on effect for your business.  Studies in America and Australia highlight that companies who regularly and consistently invest in various activities for employees, including work-based massage, have a far happier and stable workforce in terms of retention.  Looking after the emotional and physical well-being of your employees is one way of showing your workers that you value them within your organisation.
